My bff and I came to Mount Shasta for our 40th birthdays with the intention to release, relax, and rebirth! We had an absolutely magical experience with Oksana and Lauren! I received a massage + energy work combo with Oksana that was out of this world. She took time in the beginning of our session to address my needs and intentions that I really appreciated. She also is a thorough and strong masseuse who delivered a complete body massage along with energy clearing/moving along the way. My body was sore (in a good way), my mind was quiet, and my soul was content. I would recommend the 2 hour session at minimum to get the full benefit. From the moment Lauren first made contact with my body, I felt that something special was happening. She was so attuned to me on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and she wove in different modalities in a seamless way. She has a gift for connection, and my session with her was definitely the best I’ve ever received.

I figured Mount Shasta would be the perfect place to get my first energy healing. I didn’t quite know what to expect, but Lauren was wonderful and explained everything before we started. The only surprise was when she was working on my abdomen where my kidney was (I donated it 20 years ago) and I started bawling. I asked what was going on and she explained that my body had been missing the kidney. I had no idea I was missing it, but I felt the sadness at that moment. It was magical releasing that energy as well as some others that I can’t explain (because it happened again as she was at my head). I feel lighter since that session and I am so grateful to Lauren for the healing.

Great bodywork throughout my spine and hips. Came with my hips all locked up from hours of RV driving. Lauren helped unlock it with a great spine treatment and a psoas release. Highly recommend.
