I was looking for a new braider after my regular braider relocated out of Maryland, and I came across Star on TikTok. After reviewing her photos and client feedback, I decided to give her a try. I will admit, I was initially skeptical—not because of her, but because I am very particular about my hair. My hair texture is very fine and can be challenging to work with, so I am selective about who I trust to braid it. From the very first interaction, Star was responsive and provided excellent customer service, which is extremely important to me. I found this business on social media this morning, I called and received an immediate appointment. My hair is beautiful to say the least. Star is amazing. She gave great customer service. I love how she conduct business from her staff to even dealing with unpleasant customers. You can tell she really cares about the customer’s experience and the quality of the service they’re receiving. I’ll definitely be back!

I came to get my hair braided and the stylist was amazing and very sweet. She knows what she's doing. My braids turned out better than I expected. She took her time which I don't mind and even redid a couple of braids that she wasn't satisfied with. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much. You really made my day.
