The workers are very helpful and the store is organized although small and tight walking space. I’ve purchased crochet hair from this store and the quality is 3/5, can’t complain for the reasonable prices. I’m leaving a poor review today because their “human hair” is way over priced. Firstly, all the human hair I’ve purchased from this store is always blended with synthetic hair. It’s extremely misleading. Today I purchased water wave clip-in extensions priced at $76 and it included 8 thin, shedding, pieces of hair. Mind you, this is 14” hair, and the clips are of poor quality. Per the return policy, I am unable to get my money back so basically I threw $76 down the drain this evening. If they’re going to sell hair of such low quality, they should price it at 20 bucks instead. What I have

I just came back from this place, and I LOVE IT!!!! Omg, I was going to a place out in Brentwood that has POOR selection and swore, over the phone, that they had what I was looking for. I wasted my time, money there, and hated what I bought. I just found out about Starbox, and they are literally RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER from me, and I didn't know! They sell ALL WIG BRANDS, EVEN FULL!!! I bought one from them, terrified it wouldn't fit my big head (and I also have thick hair underneath), and not only does it fit, but there's even extra space for those days I just wanna put my hair into simple braids and go. I LOVE IT! Plus, they're super sweet, very helpful, and the store is very clean and well-kept. I got parking right outside the doors. I will be back!!!

For people who uses braiding synthetic hair you know that expressions in the one of closest to human braiding as far as texture wise. Well this was a FAKE! The hair was very trashy and tangled extremely quickly. Which leads me to think they put false hair in the expressions packaging. To top it off when I got done paying for my stuff the man at the counter was literally shoving the stuff at me as I was struggling to pick everything up. Didn’t even put the things in a bag nor offer me to put it in a bag. The two women in there was the only good customer service I have gotten.
