Since my last hair fiasco in 2022, I've been unable to find someone that I feel is capable of coloring my hair, and giving me a great hair cut. So I stopped looking. I moved out to suffolk and needed to get my hair done. It was long, and the ends needed trimming. I searched and searched for almost a year. I called two places, here and other place about 5 minutes away from my house (same as this one) the other place wanted more for the same color and cut. But when I came in for the consultation I got a good vibe from Yesenia. From the start. I had to reschedule our original appointment as I was sick. I finally made it in on Sunday. She did a great job. It took longer than we originally thought. Since I hadn't colored my hair in 2 years and my hair is jet black, the color wasn't taking. S

I give the haircut an 8/10 and the waxing a 3/10, it leaves marks and irritation on the skin.

They don't know how to treat all types of hair. I brought my mom for a nice hair cut, Yessenia cut it as a boy. Zonia did the blow dryer to me and was a horrible job. Im only referring to the job they did to us, nothing personal.

My daughter made an appointment for 11:30 6/6/23. She called one month prior for appt called a week before appointment to confirm. She showed up to appointment and the salon was closed. No one answered the phone. No way of getting in contact with her. I left messages on all social platforms with no response. This was an appointment made a day before her prom. Now we calling everywhere to see if we can find some where to get her hair. This was absolutely unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone

i got my hair done by yacenia and was very pleased with my service and pricing was amazing will be coming back !
