Star Nails & Spa LMark

I really love this salon! I’ve been coming here a few months now and they remember me every time. They were so extremely nice and hospitable, I look forward to getting my nails done everytime. They also have a lot of options to do something more fun or trendy like modern designs and ombré nails. They never complain or give me a hard time when I want something intricate. I highly recommend this place. :)

I tried calling several times before posting my nails. I asked the guy for Lisa‘s last name. He said he’ll call me back. I waited three hours. No call. I called him back. He said he busy and hung up in my face. I have never never ever Complain but this time I’m gonna do whatever it takes to make sure that she doesn’t mess up anyone else’s Nails hopefully or eyebrows she needs to start listening to the customers she does whatever she wanna do. She don’t care at all. and charges whatever she wants to charge the guy the older gentleman at the register we waited five minutes for her to not say don’t charge her for her eyebrows. She never said anything so I got tired of waiting. I just told him to charge my card so I can get the hell out of there. I was so pissed that she snatched all my eyebro

I came in with my two daughters for my baby's first set for her birthday, Lisa helped me and one of my girls and don helped my little. Lisa was so sweet and payed attention to every detail on our nails. Her work came out phenomenal. We came in a little late and neat closing they were so sweet about it which was relieving to say the least. The man at the front desk was also very attentive offering drinks and asking if we needed anything. It's truly a hidden gem and we will be back!

I have been coming to this salon since I arrived in Texas one year ago. Initially, I thought the place was nice and clean, and the staff were very nice; the services rendered met my standards. However, the last couple of times I've visited, I have been shocked and disappointed by the upcharging for services. I asked for a refill...($45) and was told that "my nails are long" ($5 extra)... by the way, they aren't, I have long nail beds... which shouldn't be an issue since I only needed a refill, not a complete overlay or a "new" set. I chose "tiger-eye" polish ($10) and had a snowflake drawn on each ring finger ($5 each). Buyer beware! Update— Peter, thank you so much for correcting this issue. I went in for a fill and did cat eye. I wasn’t sure about the design after they finished and I asked to redo them . I felt bad but they were very sweet and patient with me . They redid them for me with no hassle. Thank you for your time and kindness
