Each session starts with a thoughtful check-in to identify problem areas, and throughout the massage they check on pressure, comfort with the face cradle, table temperature, and even notice when I’m guarding an area. Had no expectations since this was my first experience. The staff was very polite, The office very clean and the experience was great! From start to end, the staff made every effort to make me feel as if I was a VIP or if I had been going there for years. Great experience and will definitely be going back. My massage therapist was great, I was worried about pain in my problem areas, but my massage therapist was ale to take care of my sore areas without making it hurt. She was an absolute sweet heart and had me walking out feeling like I was 10 years younger. The after care stretching she recommended also helped. The staff was lovely and Marissa did a wonderful job working on my problem areas. I ended up signing up for the monthly membership because I was so impressed.

Element Massage in Round Rock and Harker Heights are honestly a disappointment. The staff is uninformed and unprofessional. Since when is a doctor’s note required for a lymphatic massage? I’ve had these massages after surgery at other places, and no one has ever required that. If your clinic already makes clients sign paperwork releasing you from liability, why would a doctor’s note be necessary on top of that? It makes no sense. On top of that, the staff didn’t even seem knowledgeable about post-surgery requirements, which is concerning for a clinic that offers these services. Clients deserve informed, consistent, and professional care — not confusion and unnecessary roadblocks.
