Star Nails

Two of the worst nail experiences I've had.. the first time I went, I had to wait over half an hour after my scheduled appointment. The guy who owns the place was nice and kept apologizing saying next time I should call ahead just to let them know I'm on my way (even though I made already an appointment). So I give it another shot, and AGAIN I was 20 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I asked the woman to cut my toes and she didn't. I had to ask twice! She kept saying ok but never actually did it until the owner told her to. Then I asked for my nails to be filed even, which she couldn't do and I had to direct her as to which nails to fix. This is a good place to get an inexpensive manicure especially last minute. All the other nail places in town were out of appointments and they happily took me and I had my nails done in less than 30 minutes for only $15. No frills or anything but the price is right for a quick nail clean up

Easily the worst pedicure I have ever had. She was on the phone for the first half of my pedicure. She hurt me and made me bleed because she wasn't paying attention. I finally told her "you have to talk to me" because she was having her phone conversation and communicating with me by poking me! She did not file my nails after cutting them. The actual polish is bumpy & uneven. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

I waited for what added up to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, after they repeatedly told me they had more techs on the way and gave me false timing as to their arrival. They also kept insisting I keep my feet in the lukewarm pedicure water - for 45 minutes. Go here if you have nowhere to be after (also if you like pruny feet).

They were short staffed. The 2 girls that were there worked hard to get everyone in and taken care of. My pedicure was great and I didn't feel rushed at all considering how short staffed they were. Great prices too!
