Star Nail Spa

I was waiting a week to see if I developed any type of infection on my feet or nails and luckily I haven't. But I'd like to say this has by far been the WORST pedicure of my life. I'm not a person that likes to make a scene or complain in person but I should have raised more concerns during my pedicure. I walked in and only saw one person there. It might be the owner...not sure. Afterwards two other people walked in with appointments. Unfortunately no one else was there to help them so one of them walked out. I do believe the main reason why my pedicure was so rushed was to help the other client who had an appointment. The whole process felt wrong. There was no bag put on the tank before the water was turned on. I addressed this concern with her and she mentioned that she cleans each tub

My mother treated me to my first pedicure today! My daughter tagged along with the two of us. It wasn't too busy today, so they were also able to accommodate painting my daughter's nails. I didn't know what I was missing! I'll be back for sure and my daughter loves her nails! The couple working today were amazing!

This is my favorite local salon. They are very accommodating with appointments or walk-ins. The techs are friendly and very talented. I get gel manicures and pedicures and love the results!

Always a good experience. Never have an issue getting exactly what I asked for. They are so thorough and kind! Super accommodating for when I don’t have an appointment.

Boyfriend and I went as a last minute/first timers thing, the employees were super nice and our nails came out really good!
