A great salon with a truly friendly atmosphere! I can’t say enough good things about Encore Salon & Day Spa—there’s a reason they’ve been around so long. Even though I just get a men’s style cut, Maria always takes my overgrown hair and brings it back into shape and style (even my wife notices!). Thanks to Maria and the whole Encore team for consistently providing such welcoming service—which they offer many types.

Friendly Welcoming Staff and Environment. Every time I call to make an appointment or go into the salon I feel welcome. They really listen to what you want out of your experience and I could not be happier with my last visit. I colored my hair for the first time, naturally medium dark brown hair with gray hair and grey patches. I told Jess that I was looking to go dark with red undertones and she explained everything to me, showed me a book with colors and what we could do. Her recommendation was so on point, I was so exstatic with how my hair turned out. I would recommend seeing any one of these ladies.

Please note, there are NO reviews regarding actual hair cutting personnel. Apparently, with the passing of time, it has changed from the customer is always right. As their client, you are not allowed to tell them when a cut is bad or to instruct them how you want your hair cut. Cutter, first name B charges $10 more than the next cutter, Cutter A. I stayed with cutter B for several years and she STILL did not cut the shag correctly. Finally, when she raised her price at the beginning of the year, I said enough. Not going to pay for an incorrect cut any longer. I suggested she look online to see how to cut a shag. Apparently, I was being “mean.” I’m being mean, oh brother. Now cutter A.
