Star Nail Salon

Came in about 3 weeks ago to get my gel manicure taken off. The nail lady drilled my nails so thin I had to pull my hand back in pain. The aftermath, my nails splitting down the the raw skin on my nails. This salon does not keep the integrity of the nail, rather than just drilling and drilling despite how thin your nails get. I have naturally super thick nails so this is so disappointing and painful! I left $20 and felt as if I shouldn’t have had to pay for anything with my nails in this state! A shame!!!!

This store take entirely to long just to do my eyebrows, I understand that you can be dealing with some other than be but, it’s not fair when you’re constantly picking someone else that came in after me to deal with. I will not be returning to “Star Nails” to deal with additudes either.

My nails look fantastic but it was a 2.5 hour wait. I'd suggest going during the week and not on a weekend. It was my first time there so maybe wait times like this aren't the norm.

I would not return for nails - I received a refill and a nail popped off the next day. I applied nail glue for the time being to try to save my set after spending $45 + tip (over $50) but within a week another two nails would begin to lift as well. I would not return for my nails - however, they do an amazing job on eyebrows at this location!

They do eyebrows great on most days but be prepared to wait 1 hour+ just for eyebrows. They prioritize everything else and not those who need their eyebrows done.
