Star Nail

I enjoyed my experience here. They are very good at what they do. They did an excellent job on my daughter's and my nails.

The old man with the tiny little man bun that runs the salon was so rude today that I didn’t even let him finish my nails. I first had to wait almost 2 hours before he started on me. Then once he did he got frustrated with ME because his grip kept slipping on my fingers so he told me several times he didn’t have all day. He then said “you people from southwest Virginia”. He kept readjusting my hands, fingers and wrists pulling and tugging. I’ve been getting my nails done for 30 years. Never have I dealt with such rudeness. He’s lucky I even paid him. Will never be back.

Me and my mom went and we gave detailed pictures. The lady did amazing!! I’ve personally always went here to get my nails done for prom and just whenever i wanted them done, but i usually don’t get any crazy designs. Went with something new and she didn’t disappoint at all! this was my moms first time ever going there and she loves hers too!

They're not the cleanest. I stopped going when she used already used tools on my toes and to get the dead skin off. I stopped her and she said that's all she had. And I left and haven't been back. The woman with glasses does not listen and is rough. She charges double then what she tells you. For something that doesn't last or brakes. She isn't good at doing nails. I have no idea why she's still doing them in the first place. The place has always been dirty and raggedy. She charged me twice because they put the wrong set on me and I kept telling her that it wasn't right and I called and told them I wasn't paying for it and needed a new set (she said that's fine) because they didn't do what I wanted and wouldn't listen. She turned around and tried to charge me for them. She's not friendly a

amazing experience! two nail techs that do the best they can. I was very confusing with my nail request but they somehow managed to understand my confusing words and execute the end product perfectly. Staff is incredibly friendly despite all these reviews. Very cheap too. only 65 for these.
