I came to Sally Beauty to buy bleach to bleach my hair blonde and to find some of the pretty hair dyes that they make now like in the pretty purples, pinks, blues, and the silver colors. I had to get my hair to the lightest shade of blonde before i could use most of the pretty colors that I had been wanting for so long. I had never bleached my hair myself before, but the lady that was working there that day looked very young but she was so nice and so helpful to me. She even wrote down step by step directions for me on how to bleach my hair and helped me find the right products that i needed. She even wrote down her phone number in case i had problems so I could call her for help, but I carefully followed her list of directions and everything worked perfectly for me. I LOVE Sally's! I hate that I don't have a location in my city anymore but the drive to Abingdon is not bad, at all. The stock is usually everything I need, plus more. Today, I wasn't able to find the Artic Fox color I was looking for but I did find a suitable replacement. The service is always pretty great and the store is always fresh and clean. 10/10 would recommend.
