Twice at two different locations I had told the woman to give me a set of natural looking cat eyes. C or D curl and more classic than hybrid. Even showed them photos. And both times I came out looking like a toy doll. Huge thick overly curly lashes. They bothered me so badly that I ripped them out the first time. Second time I went into I Lash for U and they fixed them for me. I'll include the photos from the first time this happened to me and how badly they bothered my eyes. I honestly thought she gave me pink eye. Urgh. Don't go here.

Absolutely obsessed with my lash extensions every single time. She is incredibly talented, detail oriented, and truly listens to exactly what you want. My lashes always look full, clean, and perfectly styled without feeling heavy or damaging my natural lashes. The retention is amazing and they stay looking fresh for weeks. On top of that, she’s professional, kind, and makes every appointment comfortable and relaxing. I constantly get compliments on my lashes and won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend her to anyone wanting flawless lashes done right.

I absolutely love Star Lash Studio! GiGi is amazing — so gentle, attentive, and really listens to what I want. She always does a beautiful job, no matter how many times I change the style I’m going for. She’s so patient and supportive, and I love that she lets me explore different looks. I always come here and always have a great experience and the customer service is beyond amazing. The technicians always tell me advice after the lashes are done, they always take care of it within 3 days if I have any problems. I know the process of growing and shedding lashes so I always take the advice to go about 2 to 3 weeks for re-fill, it can last 3 weeks but sometimes I need 2 weeks. I love this place, highly recommend!

I'm honestly pretty disappointed. These eyelashes I did not like at all they aren't what I asked for. There's different sizes all around no lash map AND there's 2 different curl types which I also didn't want. They make me look weird and feel ugly the girl didn't speak the best English so there wasn't much communication but I feel I was pretty clear on what I wanted I even showed pictures and this is not it. My eyes look like two different things were done. She got both eyes inner corners stuck to the bottom lashes with glue and we had to carefully pull them apart and open my eyes. They drag my eyes down and make them look small idk if l'll come back here again. The first time I went here I had a different girl and she did great but this time was not it.
