Was trying to purchase a FULL bottle of hair gel and noticed when I arrived home that the container looked weird. It unscrewed to show that there is only HALF, if that, of gel.

I arrived to this store today with my mother to return some hair. That she thought she purchase at this particular store. They act like they didn't want to help her out. Then the owner said he doesn't carry this hair So she said okay, that's fine . That's when she remember she got the hair from somewhere else. The young lady Javia behind the counter was so rude and the man . The other young lady was so nice. I will not come back to the store anymore to spend my hard-earned working money.

Used to shop here until the girl at the register told me I couldn’t take a picture of a wig I was going to purchase for a family member. She yelled across the store from the register, “You can’t take pictures of the wigs. There are signs back there that say that.” I said, “Where? I don’t see any signs.” She said, “Well, they’re back there on the other side of the wall.” So, I walked to the register and asked why, and SHE IGNORED ME. So I waited in line, until it was my turn and I proceeded to REPEAT my question. “Why am I not allowed to take a picture of something I’m buying, when we know once it’s purchased , I CANT RETURN IT??!” Her response was, “Oh, I don’t know. This is their store. That’s their rule.” I said, “Well I would like to know. WHERE IS THE OWNER? I would like to ask.” She s

This place does not Clearly state what products are final sale or why. They make it impossible for exchanges or refunds when necessary and attempt to get violent, rude, and disrespectful with customers when a refund or exchange is mentioned or required upon request. Choose someplace else for your hair products, you’ll regret choosing star beauty.
