I purchased a wig was the last one on the shelf they follow you around the store so damn much you would think they would know about the products they sell ... she followed me up until I was ready to purchase the wig and gone say awwwww let me give you 20% off ... then I signed up to get text messages daily or for the Black Friday sale and I come there and been shopping here for over 10+ years suggest it to everyone I know I go check out I go home proceed to installing the wig and the place was completely ripped I paid $89.99 for the wig .. very next day soon they open to tell them I needed a exchange (Not even a refund) I just ain't wanna look crazy the next day trying to go to work the man told me "Final sale " I'm saying if it was sold defective why wouldn't I be allowed an exchange cons

i am a young girl who went here to grab some temporary hair dye, ive gotten multiple things from here and ive been going here for 2 years the staff before was so polite, they added new staff and they treated me horribly i entered the store at 6:59 and it closed at 7pm i ran all the way here by the way. i walked in on the phone talking and looking around when i get to the cash register they didnt realize they left the door open and would not let me get the item which is understandable but the asian guy laughed in MY FACE. and were so rude and kicked me out never shopping here again NEEDS NEW STAFF!!!

Google says the store closes at 8. I arrived at 7:40 and was told the store closes at 7:45 but they were not taking any more customers. I came for some gel and edge control so I can look presentable for work tomorrow. Spent $30 on an Uber from work to make it before store closing only to be told I was not welcomed to shop. I will never waste my time attempting to give business to place that is inconsiderate to their patrons time ever again!!

They have some many wigs . Alot of different colors. The sale that going on is buy one get one half off which is a deal. They also have 50% off the human hair wigs. The staff will help you with anything

Watch closely when being rang up. I was charged for stuff I never grabbed, had, or placed on the counter. He didn’t even put the extra items that he charged me for in my bag. I was also over charged for items with the price sticker on them. I had to come back.
