This place is great. I started coming here a couple years ago and haven’t been to a different place since. I usually don’t have a preference on the therapist-most are great and listen to my needs. I have yet to have a problem with a scheduling an appointment. Most times, I can get right in. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and most importantly-I feel safe!

This place was fantastic. I was in on a quick trip through Virginia and needed a massage. They got me in with Adam. His method involves very slow movements. His pressure was excellent and either his training or his aptitude or whatever was spot on. He hit areas that needed pressure and worked out a number of knots that I've had for a very long time. The overall ambience is great and I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this location.

. Today I had a great time in this place. From the moment I entered until the end it was wonderful. I have gotten this massage, exfoliation and facial package as a gift. I had Jasmine as a masseuse and I have to say she is wonderful, I loved it! Stacey gave me the facial and it was very relaxing. I will definitely return and recommend them for sure. I feel like a new person with everything they did.

My husband and I had scheduled massages and unfortunately had to reschedule due to military obligations and the guy on the phone with him went off on him and said rescheduling is still cancelling then continued to charge us 50% which was $100. This is in their policy but the male employee on the phone was not compassion to this situation what so ever when we were trying to reschedule and not cancel our appointment completely. Regardless of policy, does not give the staff entitlement to be rude… we will never book here again. Don’t expect them to be compassionate to any military situation or unexpected life events. Rescheduling is the same as canceling in their eyes. Do yourself a favor and find some where else.

I just had my first ever massage and it was absolutely incredible! As soon as I walked in I was surprised how stunning and calming it was. Everyone that works there was very sweet as well. Joe did my massage and she did amazing! I will be coming back soon for sure :)
