My son has my super straight Asian hair with stubborn cowlicks, and finding someone who can handle it has always been tough. His usual barber was booked, so we tried Kim’s Barbershop, and wow, what a find! The stylist worked magic on his cowlicks without chopping everything short. No more porcupine mornings! We walked in, got an amazing cut, and left grinning. Highly recommend! 💇‍♂️✨

Kim’s Barber Shop is my go-to spot for haircuts. Everyone here is incredibly sweet, professional, and thorough. I feel comfortable getting my hair cut by anyone because the whole team is talented and consistent. If you’re not completely happy, they’ll make sure to fix it and get it right, which shows how much they care about their customers. Military cuts are only $20, and honestly, the quality is better than what I’ve gotten on the west coast at a much higher price. You get excellent service and great value here, which is why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for a reliable barber shop with a welcoming atmosphere and skilled barbers, Kim’s Barber Shop is the place to go.

The barbers at Kim's Barber shop are a cut above. When I had to find a new barber shop after moving from NOVA I suffered through a lot of cheap shops that simply weren't cutting it. When I found Kim's I never looked back. They offer all the amenities of a haircut- razor, trimmer, scissors, even a massage at the end. The Barbers are all the utmost professionals, they're friendly, and supportive. The affordable price certainly adds to the entire experience! If youre getting a haircut in Fredericksburg or Stafford anywhere else, you're doing it wrong. My personal favorite barber is Mi-Jin, although all of the barbers are great.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE every one at Kim’s Barber! My son loves seeing Ms. Kim and always asks when we are going back to see her. They do amazing cuts and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Left here completely disappointed. Was hoping for a great experience due to other reviews. We were the only ones in the shop I asked for a medium skin fade and a trim on top. This is what we were left with. I asked her to please blend it in and the line was VERY noticeable ! Her response was “his hair is difficult “ and the manager Kim also tells me “ it’s because your sons hair is hard to work with because it’s so thick” so with “trying” to fix it this is what we left the shop with not to mention she chopped a huge chunk off the top and didn’t even out the rest of his hair . If you’re not comfortable cutting thick hair then say something. They could tell I was extremely disappointed… they charged me the flat rate for the kids hair cut and she continues to ask if I want to add more money
