If I could, I would have given this establishment a zero rating. During my visit, I scheduled an appointment for a blow-dry that included curling my hair. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the hair was still dirty. After washing my hair, I was subjected to a blow-dry for approximately 20 minutes. The stylist then informed me that they would perform the blow-dry, which was not the service I had requested. This establishment is highly unsatisfactory and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Got my hair did! Natural curly, thick waves mid back length, good job, with wash (good scalp scrub) deep conditioning, doobee and trim. My hair has body, shine, & looks healthy. Staff was nice and showed concern, made the experience personal. Clean establishment, prices are fair.

I would like just blower. No rollers! However, the ladies are extremely helpful and accommodating after COVID. They followed the guidelines and offered a great service. Each of the staff performed diligently for hair washing and styling the hair.

We only go to Maribel. She dies a great job on mybfaughters hair. I allowed someone(tall, light skin, looks older) there to do my hair and she broke my hair from the detangling, then from the blow out. I had so much breakage and heat damage that i had to cut my hair off. I'll never allow them to straighten my hair again. Natural hair with tight curls to be detangled with a wide tooth comb first and u do not start at the root and hair needs to have enough slip.i had straight pieces that wouldn't curl through my head which led to breakage. I tried protein treatments, Apple cider vinegar wash, and nothing.. My daughter prefers straight hair so we habe no issue there.

*DO NOT GO HERE* This place deserves negative stars. I was recommended this location by my sister who said they can do the wash & sets for a reasonable price. I made an appointment for 10:30AM, when I arrived I was asked to comb my own hair, I have thick, curly hair, however it was in its natural state (not matted, not excessively dirty, etc)…I informed the lady that I did not feel comfortable combing my hair while it was dry since it would lead to breakage, after a minute of her trying to convince me to comb my hair dry, she sits me in the chair and begins washing my hair, she is soaking my face and my neck in th process but barely washing my scalp. She then asks if I want “deep conditioning” which I said yes, she puts a dollop of conditioner on the top of my head, puts a shower cap on,
