I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went for a foren fill, Juliann was my lash tech. First off it felt like she was plucking my lashes out when she was removing the ones that had grown out. I've been getting my lashes done for 3 years and have never had someone so rough and have never experienced the plucking sensation from a tech before. She did my hybrid fill and I'm not very pleased with them I'm use to them being a bit more on the volume side and these look very thin, this is what I look like at 1.5 week when it's about time for a fill. Lastly when I booked the lady on the phone said it would be a foren fill but didn't tell me there was a price difference, so there was a bit of sticker shock when I went to check out however, Juliann did make this right and only charged me for a regular fill. The best lash place been going there for several years! All the techs are amazing and I do not know how anyone could give a review of less than 5 stars. Sometimes things happen like lash shedding (you would not believe how many you shed in a day), or sometimes you may sleep on your face unaware, or oily skin/too much makeup, maybe your showers are too hot. Either way St Augustine Lash & Spa are the best! If something does happen like lash loss it's probably not something they did, but just natural loss, they fix it quick. Also, not many places remove as many as they do like the crazy wonky ones & grown out old lashes, but this place uses a tool to get the glue off your lash and yes it feels like it is pulling your lash out but they are not harming your real lashes just removing the glue so

I visited for a lash lift and tint, as well as an eyebrow wax. While the lash lift was satisfactory, the wax service resulted in burns on both of my eyelids. When I contacted the business, I was asked about the skincare products I use. If product interaction was a concern, this information should have been requested prior to performing the wax treatment. The lack of precaution and follow-up was disappointing.

I have been getting my lashes done here for quite a while now. The atmosphere is very relaxing and Lora does a fantastic job on my eyelashes! I always leave their feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Julianne for providing such a wonderful experience every time I go.! And they have a great location as well just right off the interstate 95!
