I went to PureskinbyVarri to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. When I left I noticed that the tint had stained my skin above the eyebrow so I tried to remove it, revealing how bad my eyebrow waxing was. As you can see by the pictures below. When I brought this to Javarri's attention the next day they said that they were sorry and that I could come back in 3-4 weeks for another waxing. I'm sure you can tell from the photos why I don't want to do another waxing with them. However, I did request a refund for my deposit as I do not desire any future business and just out of principal. Javarri refused to refund me. I then had to go to a makeup store and purchase enough makeup to make my eyebrows look semi normal. While Javarri was friendly I am overall really disappointed with this service.

Shannon is a professional. She keeps her scissor edges sharp. This provides her clients with clean cuts on their hair. Dull scissors tear hair causing ends to split. Sharp scissors will give her clients very clean layers and ends. I’ve sharpened Japanese salon scissors for 35 years and Shannon is one of the best for you to get your style on!
