Square One Nails and Spa

Well, this used to be my favorite place to go. They always did fantastic. But the last two times have been miserable. Twice I've asked for builder gel and instead received a gel manicure. Yes, I've made sure it was clear what I was asking for and reiterated it several times. Today was the last day I'll go there. I asked to trim my nails back (they were decently long), and she cut them far down. I usually go just past my finger tip (like only my pinky is). Then, as you can see, she made them random shapes. I usually do rounded square, but I've got that mixed with oval. Who wants nails with 2 different shapes? I'm so disappointed I don't even know what to say. I'll never be back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only is their work terrible, their customer service is worse. I brought my 12 year old to get her nails done for the first time and they manipulated her into an extra $40 additional charges without our consent, then refused to refund the money. There are many other nail salons in the area that provide much better services. Sadly, we won’t be returning or recommending. If you want $80 dragon claws, come here. Otherwise, RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. Not to mention the counterfeit products they have on sale in there. Call the BBB!

The worst store… the worst nails extension quality.. they just fall off in 10 days and when asked they say they can’t help us with it.. their quality is worst. I just had a very bad experience with this store.. their person who answered the call was very rude when I tried to talk..

My sister & I came to this location on a Sunday since they were the only ones open and they’ve hit the spot each & every time for the both of us. All techs have been great but Jennie is my fav. Her work is always on point and she’s willing to try anything you can imagine & slays every time for me. Last two sets 🖤

I always been to sue she is the best, but today I have such a bad experience with that old guy I called and asked for nails design and I told him I will be in there in 15 min he said that they are available in 20 min and I sit on the chair longer that 40 min just soak them of and I ask him how much longer I have to wait he said I don’t know they are just wasted my time and ending up not getting my nails done.
