Always an awesome experience! I have been a client since the very start (6 years?!?) and have been cared for by several of the staff for different treatments. I always appreciate the guidance and expertise they provide. Suggesting new and innovative procedures coupled with core services -there is no other team I would want “in my face”. They have helped me put my best face forward and given me my confidence back.

I was very nervous walking! In and I felt like a new person walking out! Savannah was so kind .i met with Meg and right away I knew I was where I needed to be. She explained everything so that I could understand it. The facility is beautiful and so comforting. I know I’m in good hands. If I could give 10 stars I would! ❤️

This Med Spa is tucked away in the heart of downtown Willoughby. I was very impressed the moment I walked in the door - it’s so warm and inviting. The office staff is very friendly. Courtney administered my Dysport injections and did an absolutely amazing job. She listened to every concern I had and provided the most ideal treatment for me. Meg was also so sweet - she came in to introduce herself and was so thoughtful. I highly recommend Meg’s Med Spa. Well worth it!

I travel for work, so I am often finding a new clinic for my glp-1 prescription. This place was by far the best I have visited. The nurses here took their time to understand and verify my history. This is not a typical “sign on the line and we’ll give you whatever you want” clinic. They take patient safety seriously.

A great first visit! A lovely spa in a a great location with its own parking. The ladies were so sweet and professional. Cortney was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Plus, she applies her her skills with a gentle and precise hand. I found the overall cost to be very reasonable. I'll be a regular customer for sure! Kathleen
