I think this is a really neat concept and well executed. The gym is excellent, with a wide variety of equipment that's always clean and well-maintained. The community is friendly and welcoming, and Jimmy made the enrollment process very easy. A significant plus that wasn't mentioned elsewhere in the reviews and is important to me, there is ample parking.

I’ve been training clients at Squadstyle for the past few months and it’s been a great experience. The gym is clean, well organized, and the equipment is always well maintained. The space has an awesome vibe and still feels very personal, which my clients really enjoy. As someone who works for a large tech company and needed a temporary workspace in Frederick, Squadstyle has been perfect. This space is clean, spacious, and clearly designed with a lot of care and attention to detail. From the free coffee to the walking pads and standing desks, you can tell a lot of love and thoughtfulness went into this place. The strong Wi-Fi and phone booths make it ideal for remote work and virtual meetings. Hannah has also been incredibly warm and welcoming, making my experience even better. Even though my time here was temporary, Aleks made the membership process, including cancellation and answering all my questions, incredibly easy and seamless. While I haven't had the chance to use the gym or sauna, I definitely get the sense of a strong and active community uti

I was traveling and spent a week working and exercising at SL Studio and it was perfect. Hannah and Jimmy were great, just a very welcoming vibe here. The kitchen was well equipped and tidy, the gym had everything I could have wanted, and there was always coffee. Highly recommend this coworking space!

I’ve had such a great experience at Squadstyle Work ‘n Wellness. The convenience of the gym space has been so valuable to me. Being able to get up from my work and seamlessly transition to exercise is a wonderful thing. Hannah and Jimmy are great, always striving to make the member experience as positive as possible.
