I've had a leg/hip issue since I was in my 20's. It would hurt every minute of every day. When the pain is at its worst, it dominates my life with stabbing, spasming, throbbing pain. Anyway, I found Grace sometime last year and began seeing her for deep tissue massages. I think she does an extraordinary job understanding what my body needs to feel better. It is only after seeing her that I have hours at a time where I have ZERO pain, and that is an amazing gift. I truly appreciate her.

I’ve been to Grace a few times now. I had been going to a chiropractor several times. I decided to make a change hoping for better results. My quality of life with sciatica was getting worse. With Grace being a Neuromuscular Sports Massage Therapist, it was worth finding out if this kind of therapy would help me. The nerve irritation all over was very troubling. I explained to Grace everything. What I did to irradiate the nerve, and my doctor and X-ray results. Grace was very confident she could decompress my spine and release my sciatica nerve entrapment. After the first visit I had some relief at last. After a couple more visits good things started happening. It was like I got my life back. The nerves settled down. Grace is wonderful .

As a fellow LMT, I can confidently say Grace is an amazing massage therapist. I’ve been to her several times now and every massage is therapeutic and professional. She is also very knowledgeable. I came in with knee pain and felt better after the session. By the next morning, my knee pain was gone! Highly recommend!
