The Soap Factory

I used to LOVE this place but they do not have any inventory and it’s been like this for months. I requested 6 different laundry soap scents and they were out of every single one. The shelves are bare bones. It’s so disappointing because this place has so much potential, ownership has an obvious issue.

I love the products however I’m on my 5th trip of trying to get laundry detergent. An order came in last week just to be out again this week. The girl at the counter (the staff is sweet yet doesn’t seem to know much about the issue either) said “I let her know we are running low yesterday and now that we are out hopefully she will send some to us soon.” This is wild. The owner should know her product quantities and reorder long before running out. It’s a shame to have such great products that you can’t buy regularly due to being out of stock.

This store was so cute and the products are just amazing! I purchased wax melts and my house smells fantastic right now! The soaps were so cute and there was such a variety to choose from! I'm so glad we stopped by today!

This is such a cute store with fabulous products and a very wonderful addition to the city of Springfield TN. You can smell the unique scents before you ever walk inside their door. I purchased both women and men's bath soaps, scented laundry detergent, & body butters. The owners were so very kind & helpful. I will definitely be returning soon.
