The best facial I have ever received in New York! I found this place on classpass and had an appointment for a hydra-facial. The treatment went above and beyond my expectations and Cindy who did the procedure was a 10/10 professional. She was thorough in explaining the chronology of things and was considerate of my sensitive skin. The facilitaties were so peaceful it felt like I was getting a full body massage even though it was just a facial. My jaw literally dropped when she showed me my face after! An actual glow! I will definitely be making regular appointments here for more procedures.

Lucy and Cindy are the best! I got a massage and facial and Cindy got out knots in my lower back I didn’t even know I had. They also use high quality skin care products and listen to your needs for your facial!

massage was good, but they have signs posted by the front desk with tip suggestions. for a 50 minute massage, the suggestions were $20-30 for a $59 massage. i tipped over 20%, and my masseuse pointed out the tip suggestion signage to me. if a standard 20% tip were inadequate, they should raise their base prices instead of making the customer feel pressured and uncomfortable. will not be returning because of my negative experience with tipping.

Excellent service! Everyone was super friendly. The receptionist was very nice after I got there 15 minutes late. They checked my temperature and gave me a lot of information about my rehydrating treatment. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Even it’s been a week my skin still feels amazing and glowing. Thanks my therapist did a such great job. Would highly recommend!!

I went on Valentines Day this year and was blown away by the service I received. I had a 60 min Swedish message and 60 mi facial. During the message, the masseuse asked a few times if I felt comfortable and if I needed the pressure adjusted. The entire staff was so considerate, kind and professional. The spa was clean, calm and elegant. I will make it a point to come back when I’min NYC!
