I contemplated writing this review but I believe there should be honesty up front about the prices. I was a first time customer, I had an appointment for builder gel fill with design. Before we got started I asked the nail tech for pricing and he told me my French tip design would be $10-$15. At checkout the receptionist gave me my total and I asked her to confirm the price for design and she said it was $25. I told her what the nail tech had told me and she didn’t respond at all so I left it alone and paid my total. Upon arrival I was seated quickly, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing, it wasn’t too busy this morning. The nail tech Richard was really nice and gentle with my hands. Overall I was satisfied with the quality of work but disappointed with the miscommunication on the prices.

Natalie and Julie are both so amazing! I am extremely satisfied with their patience and the care they give me. I travel over 25 miles just to get services from they. Spotlight Lashes & Nails is my forever go too! Thank you ladies for an incredible experience every time. Valued customer!

I paid $125 for a full set of nails and drove over two hours to this salon. The result was unacceptable: poorly applied acrylic, different colors and shapes on every nail, and the technician ignored the color I requested “saying next time” I also paid extra for cuticle cleaning, and two days later I developed a finger infection. On top of that, my finger was cut during the service. When I contacted the salon for 2.5 days the only solution offered was for me to return, with no refund or alternative resolution. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Even knowing I might have to go to another place to get re done my nails a medication! I do not recommend this salon.

My sister and I came to this place, and decided to get the next available technician, I only wanted a basic mani and pedi, water was on the colder side, they didn’t scrub my heels at least the basic (unless you pay for”callus removal” ) the lady didn’t removed my cuticle the way it should be done, she didn’t clean under the nails, plus the nail polish was a joke the way she applied it! She did a horrible paid job to be honest. For my mani I was serviced by an older guy who was “filling” my nails and leaving them just like that uneven length all of my nails! I asked him kindly to make them all even, he got upset and “explained” me that “I said I didn’t want my nails cut and he won’t cut them” I said don’t cut the short ones just cut the longer ones to the shorts ones length please, he did

It was my first trying out Spotlight Nails, I’ve tried a few other salons in the area but decided to try this place out due to great price and reviews. I’m so glad I did because I LOVED my experience. Please ask for Linh, he’s so awesome and truly the most detailed and caring nail tech I’ve had. This was my first time trying this square shape and he killed it!! This is gonna be my new go to. Linh was super collaborative the whole time, and I enjoyed having such great conversations with him too. I’ll definitely be back, admiring my beautiful nails!!
