This place is not the Sport Clips I thought I was walking into, but is Sport Cuts, which I should have noticed even though its listing came up first in my google search for "sport clips near me" As a senior, I paid $7.00 more than what I had been paying at "sports clips." All that being said, I got a great haircut from an old school master barber; a haircut and experience that were worth the difference in price. A lucky mistake on my part.

July 2021. I came in 8:50am they are open at 9am and i notice there is a note(reminder on the glass) so I called them to set an appointment so that I don't want to waste my time waiting there, they said that you have to set an appointment as well. So i called them in. A lady answered. They gave me a spot at 10:30am. I left the area and came back at 10:22am. I understand some days are busy and it is friday. But when I arrived there and ask the front desk (which is her son) that i have an appointment at 10:30, the young boy told me that if i can comeback at 11:30am. Even the barber is saying to come back at 11:30. (while speaking in mexican) I respect your business but please respect clients time as well. By the way it is supposed to be my first time to get a haircut there. Pls don't do

Would not come back again. Almost and hour to wait (only one person in front of us) and then it took almost an hour for a hair cut to get done. Before starting made my fiancé sit in the chair so he could fix his headphones....going somewhere next time
