Kate is amazing at what she does! She shows her expertise with analyzing hair style and figuring out how hair has been previously cut so that I didn't have to remember lengths and techniques when I sat down for the first time - she's got it covered. She is extremely personable through the entire MVP experience and she is the real reason I keep coming back to be a regular with her.

Drea is amazing! She was friendly and personable which made the entire visit a fantastic experience. She gave me the best fade I've ever had there and her shampoo for the MVP Plus was so relaxing it made the entire day better!!

I have been a customer of this Sports Clips since the day they opened. For the past years I’ve always seen either Lori or Nicole, they are two of the best. But when you sign on over the net, you are told it’s a 90 minute wait, I’m fine with that because I’ll be seeing the stylist I want. But when you get a message that your stylist will be ready in 15 minutes and you show up 18 minutes later and you’ve been completely removed from the list, and when they “reactivate” and you’re told come back in another 90 minutes! UNACCEPTABLE. Nicole tried to appease the situation but it’s not her fault. You’re system FAILED you’re customer and you’re employees. Why you don’t have somebody there to deal with customers as they come in. It should not be the responsibility of your stylist to step away from

Super disappointed. Worst hair cut here I’ve ever had. Lined and ridges in hair. Stylist was rude when I said I didn’t ask for any off the top. I will never have her cut my hair again. I may stop going to this location completely. This hair is the definition of a bad hair cut. UPDATE, I went in the following day to have my cut corrected. Courtney had already read the review and was going to reach out to me regarding my experience. She turned bad experience into a pleasant one. They made everything right and fixed it. I was also offered my money which I did not take since a service was rendered and she made everything right. I am thankful for the service I was given and the acknowledgement of my displeasure. Drea is a wonderful stylist and gives a great experience. She nails my haircut every time and always has great conversation. Just please dont fall asleep on her while she's giving you a haircut!
