Castle Dayspa is an excellent place to help get your muscles moving again. I had Anthony work on my back after experiencing three months of tension pain. After one session Im already starting to feel some relief. He was very informative describing what muscles he was working and why. Very clean and comfortable office. If you're having any muscle issues or just want a relaxing massage I would highly recommend coming here.

I HAVE HAD A LOT OF MASSAGES IN MY TIME!! MANY OF THE THERAPISTS DO NOT REALLY FIND THOSE TRIGGER SPOTS IN THE SHOULDERS AND THE NECK. WELL ANTHONY HALE AT CASTLE DAYSPA HAS THE MAGIC TOUCH. IT IS HARD TO FIND REALLY GREAT DEEP TISSUE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Chance really listens to you and provides the exact massage to relieve the pain and discomfort. He gives discounts and ideas for after your massage to continue your stretching at home. So glad I have switched over to a massage therapist that enjoys his work and helping folks feel better.

Chance & Anthony were both great! I did a couples massage & from the beginning they made us feel very comfortable and made sure to address any concerns we had. They really cared about how to fix your specific needs. They knew what we needed before we did! 10/10 will return!

Chance Anderson was amazing. His knowledge is spot. Not only would he describe his techniques, but he taught me why he uses them. Highly recommend him and I will be going back in the near future
