I uesded the online system to sign up. I arrived on time with my name next on the list. A group of people show up and boom I just got bumped at 45 minutes. They new the manager and she seemed not concerned about loosing repete business. I left and will never return to this location. Very bad business model. I hope the owner of this location reads these reviews. They don't even deserve the one star.

If you want anything other than a choppy short style, do not go here. Asked for a trim and got a chopped cut wayyyyyyy shorter than what I originally had or wanted. I do not understand how you can miss the mark like that for a customer. Frankly if you want your hair to look like anything, go to fort worth or Dallas that have actual salons with actual people who care about their work and try to give you what you want.

Judit was awesome! She helped we with my hair cut and incorporated everything that I wanted in my hair cut! I strongly recommend her and her services at sports clips! She was constantly smiling and helping people while taking care of me 10 out of 10 from me

Go for simple dad haircuts but that’s all they can do but if you tell them to cut your hair to a certain point they are many inches off and not even anywhere every time i’ve ever gone here they gave me a terrible hair cut do not go here if you get anything as simple as a low drop or taper fade. The lady was also very rude to me today for no reason.

I arrived before I went to work on the same day. The staff was very hospitable and professional, they answered all of my questions and provided the haircut that I asked for in less than 30 minutes
