I had one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences at this location. The stylist, Cindy, was rude, sarcastic, and refused to listen to my haircut notes. When I tried to politely explain what I wanted, she told me to “be quiet” and complained about “kids nowadays caring too much about haircuts,” continually mentioning she’s been cutting hair for 35 years. She complained the entire time about how “hard” my haircut was, even though it was a simple style, and took her frustration out on me. If she truly found it difficult, she could have just said so or asked another stylist for help instead, she kept reminding me she’s been doing this for 35 years, as if that excused the poor attitude and results. Sports clips has been part of my routine for awhile now. Cindy has been cutting my hair for more then 3+ yrs now and has always left my hair flawless, I have a specific type of curl pattern and trust I’ve had my shares of people touching me hair and they never seemed to get it right, but Cindy she knows what she is doing. I don’t even have to tell her she does her thing an I leave the chair looking amazing. She has helped my hair grow in so many ways, I used to be so scared on getting layers an she expressed the importance of me getting them because my hair was very very unhealthy and uneven, she help bring back my amazing coil curls. I will highly recommend her. She is happy & always holds good conversation I feel very comfortable sitting in her chair I never have to second guess her. Tha

If you get Cindy (The Assistant Manager), just leave. She’s been doing what I will detail to people for a while. Got an attitude when I asked her to clean the previous guests hair off the chair before I sat. Doesn’t clean the tools between clients. Goes so fast she routinely misses spots, and when I ask her to clean my neck up that she skipped- I get a half effort of a trimmer across my neck, still missing spots. Cocked an attitude when I stated I didn’t want to run my hands through my hair and get hair all over them, but why am I surprised? Not the first time I have had to come home and self cut the spots she misses, not the first time she has gotten an attitude. Also, when I asked to get my hair washed to get the loose hair out of my head, she puts a cold, dryish towel on my face-based

I came into the Voorhees location today to get a cut. When I walked in, there was a couple here getting their kids haircut. The kid was throwing himself around and screaming at the top of his lungs. Cindy the stylist, who I saw demonstrate nothing but professionalism, patience and communication was trying to explain that the cut the parents wanted for their kid wasn’t possible due to him moving around and crying. The parents progressively got more mad and didn’t want to hear what she was saying. I have the up most respect for Cindy and the treatment she received from those parents was unacceptable. I’ve been cut before by Cindy and she does a fantastic job. She deserves a 5 star review for her skills and for her patience to deal with ugly behavior like that.

Been going here for a while now and they do a great job. I always pick Cindy to cut my hair and she does such a great job cutting it exactly how I like! She is very personable and good at what she does!
