I stopped in on Veterans Day and really appreciated the free haircut. What stood out to me was how relaxed the whole experience felt. The stylist took her time, made sure the cut looked right, and was easy to talk with. The shop was clean, the check-in was simple, and the overall vibe made it an easy place to come back to. Thanks again for supporting veterans.

This was hands down the WORST haircut experience I've ever had at Sport Clips. The stylist clearly hated her job. She looked miserable the entire time and had zero interest in what she was doing. She had absolutely no clue how to cut hair, yet somehow calls herself a "professional." I honestly have no idea how someone like that is even employed there.She completely butchered my haircut and beard lineup— one side of my hairline by the ear is wide, the other is narrow. Also, my beard is uneven trim. I even showed her a clear picture of myself so she could understand exactly what I wanted, but she still managed to ruin it. To make things worse, I watched other stylists giving great cuts to their clients, while I got stuck with the one who had no idea what she was doing. And if that wasn't bad

The girl on the phone was so rude I decided to not even step foot inside the business. I called to ask a simple question. I wanted to know if they did children's haircuts because I have a four-year-old. I'm not sure how she managed this, but she was somehow monotone and extremely rude at the same time. She spoke to me like I was an idiot for asking if they did children's haircuts. Her response was "Yes.......... We're a barbershop." I don't need the attitude.

Wow. Kerita was amazing from start to finish. Professional, kind, and calmed my anxieties. And the haircut was exactly what I asked for. Treat yourself to the mvp experience…like a spa day. We all need that from time to time. Highly recommend

Jada has given me perhaps one of my best hair cut of my life (70 - and that a bit). She clearly followed my wishes, with great care, like it was her own hair. Much thanks, Bob
