Horrible experience. Husband was in the chair for 45+ minutes and the end result was awful. Uneven, and chunks out. We ended up shaving his head when we got home. Tried to contact them but have yet to hear back.

Anna how do I begin, most unpleasant and unprofessional ‘manager’ I ever met at any establishment. She did eventually rage bait me into an unprofessional response after turning down my attempts to pay. Her suggestion was to call the police which I’m not sure what they would have done other than laugh at her little irrational face. I tried to be the decent person and after a cool down period decided to call the store , she was unavailable, then she was on lunch, then she was gone for the day. What a joke she is…..horrible person and “manager “ I feel sorry for the person who cut my hair because she was great. I have never and I mean never heard my money issued by our government was not acceptable to an establishment and I need to go to the bank for bills 🙄 no lady YOU need to go to the bank

Maysa from this location IS AWFUL. She literally read my notes, confirmed, then BUZZED my entire head with a 4 on top. When asked about it, she attempted to keep the note and hide her lie. Proof. The other employees were dumbfounded by her mistake. No refund.

Got in late on a Saturday afternoon. They were able to take me in right away. Stylist did a great job cleaning up the mess that I have made by cutting my own hair for the last year.

I love the convenience and the check-in process. My stylist is absolutely fabulous. Damika pays attention to detail. I always get tons of compliments on my cut and mustache trim.
