I had an amazing experience. Skyler cut and styled my hair. I was taken in right away. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I have been struggling with other providers to get what I wanted. Skyler understood right away what I wanted. She understood exactly what I was looking for and easily performed the service. She entered exactly what she did in the computer so I won’t have difficulty a achieving the same service next time. The business was clean, the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. I will be back.

The app to reserve a place in line used to work well. In the last several months it often puts you in the "lineup" - and then gets updated to say you are no longer in line. The workers do not know why it happens and are very indifferent - so fixing it is unlikely - unless perhaps a customer mentions it publically. They are efficient at what they do.

This is the 2nd time I had my hair cut there. Each time the stylist did a great job. Even though it was kind of crowded, the wait was not very long. The prices are in line with the competition.
