Had such a great time doing AERIAL YOGA with Lori! She led a group of 9 of us for my bachelorette and made the whole experience fun, welcoming, and super enjoyable. She’s really knowledgeable and made sure everyone felt comfortable, even offering modifications for a pregnant friend in our group so she could fully participate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone or any group looking to try aerial yoga!!
I had a great massage today with Kaya. I was having muscular back pain and felt so much better when I left. Kaya took the time to talk with me to find out exactly what I was looking for. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend them.
HIGHLY recommend this place for couples, and prenatal massage. Every woman needs to come here during their pregnancy!! Brie & all the staff ensured we felt safe, comfortable, and checked in with me frequently to make sure baby and I were safe and sound. Will definitely be back! Also conveniently next to a Starbucks for post-massage coffee
I went for a prenatal massage today. I have never had a massage before so I wasn’t even sure what to expect. This was the best and most relaxing massage I could have imagined. Katie went above and beyond. I left feeling like a new person! I can not wait to go back for more massages! I highly recommend them :)
A subterranean oasis! We went for a couple's massage, and the whole experience was lovely. Julie was my therapist, and she did a nice, thorough job on my head, neck, and shoulders. (She even gave my ears some attention, which was a first for me!) She used a creamy (as opposed to oily) lotion, which felt luxurious and was perfect for dehydrated, winter skin. The studio itself feels dark and lush. The fountain at the bottom of the stairs adds to the ambiance, and the (artificial) cherry blossom branches in the ceiling were cute. It's clear that they support local businesses and artists, which is encouraging to see. (They had event flyers on the wall, and artwork and pottery for sale in the waiting room.)
