Sport Clips Haircuts of Raleigh - Falls Pointe

We had yet to find a patient and understanding stylist till we stumbled upon Sport Clips hair cuts of Raleigh. We travel to NC. From Pennsylvania every 2 months with for our special needs grandson to get his hair cut from Meek. She makes us and him feel relaxed. We're not rushed or made to feel like an inconvenience. Im sure the rest of the staff is equally as great. But I know from experience and the last 3 visits we will continue to be blessed with Meek as our stylist. SPORT CLIPS YOU HAVE A GREAT ASSET!

Always feel welcome and appreciated upon entering. The stylists are always friendly and competent and who doesn’t like a warm towel and a shoulder massage?

Kim and the staff are amazing. They are happy to help, knowledgeable and very willing to tell me what styles might work for my hair. Also they will stop me from trying a style that would just look bad on me, lol!

If a business closes at 7pm and accepts walk-ins… when should they cut off taking people? Apparently this location is 6:30pm. I’ve been to this location dozens of times and I have never heard this rule before, but I was unable to get my haircut here today. Terrible customer service and no apology. Update: I went to another Sport Clips in this franchise, and they confirmed that there is no 30 minute rule. If someone walks in at 6:55pm, then they should get a haircut. Not sure why different stores within the same franchisee have different rules, but something isn’t adding up.

I ONLY go to Meek at the Falls of Neuse & Durant Road location. She is AWESOME! I enjoy our conversations and she knows just how I like my hair cut.
