Sport Clips Haircuts of Norwalk

Usually I have a great experience here. This time, the check-in wasn’t working and they made me wait an extra 30 minutes. Then they mentioned that I had to pay for the MVP haircut despite not being offered, nor receiving, the hair wash and massage. Absolutely terrible experience.

Been going here for like 8 years, always a fantastic cut, all of the barbers listen to my exact needs. Ask for Karen, shes the best!

I go to the Connecicut Ave (Norwalk CT) location My primary stylist is Jessy L. I've worked with Karen once or twice as well. Jessy is absolutely fantastic, efficient always makes sure to offer the extras (hair wash, massage ect ect). Jessy is also always bery kind, good conversation ect Now that Jessy became the store manager in Branford I have to see her on Sundays (only day she works in Norwalk) but that isnt an issue for me. I'm happy to see her moving up within the company because she does a phenominal job!!! Also shout out to Karen at the Norwalk location as well she is very kind and does a fine job as well. I always go to Sport Clips at 360 Connecticut Ave in Norwalk, CT for my haircuts. I truly like the online sign in process and the wait time is usually very accommodating. The individuals working there are extremely nice and friendly. They always give me a very good haircut. My hair was cut by Lydia this last time but sometimes I get my haircut from Karen. They are equally as good. I always feel welcome and highly recommend this location for great care and service.
