Sport Clips Haircuts of Mill Creek

Steven did an amazing job today with my hair. I've been to this location a few times and have always had great service but Steven's attention to the little things and service provided was top notch. Great work good sir.

Came in with long hair, just wanted it trimmed up a bit and evened out. I got home after and my girlfriend immediately starts pointing out all the uneven and messed up areas in the back I couldn't see. The lady who cut my hair, Tina(I think), was short, so instead of lowering the chair, she had me slouching uncomfortably in both chairs. Very uncomfortable experience. I work with higher end clients on a daily basis, so having a visibly messed up haircut can be a very bad look. Definitely never going back here, I wish I could be refunded. I had to go to another place to get it re-cut.

Haircut is fine. Caroline is my favorite so far. Alessandra and Kassidy are fine, but don't seem too friendly. Service leaves room for improvement. Sport clips should have the current sports on TV you would think. Once during NFL and once during an MLB game I came to get a haircut so I could also watch the game and they just don't seem to care about what's on TV. I even asked for an NFL playoff game that was on FOX (so not streaming) and their excuse was something I didn't even understand. It seems like they just don't care about what is actually on. Dont use sports on TV as your business model if you don't actually care about that. It is always sports adjacent on TV ... Maybe they just don't change the channel and whatever comes on comes on.

Just had a horrendous experience at this Sports Clips location. I checked in online using first available stylist. Arrived early and waited over 40 minutes to reach “on deck” status. Had my name come up on the board as next only to have Jasmine override the check-in system and take someone who had checked-in after me. When I questioned why she said because he had selected her as a specific stylist and that was their policy. Never heard that as a policy before and I have been going to Sports Clips for years. Searched Sports Clips website and nowhere does it state that policy. Why even have a “first available” option if you are going to be bumped by someone who has selected a specific stylist. Allessandra did a great job. From the initial greeting to the patience shown for my son, who told her all about "A bugs' Life". She also continually checked in to make sure we were happy with the haircut.
