CrossFunction Sports Massage

CrossFunction has been my choice for PT (it’s not just a massage) for a few years. I’m a little slow on the google review, but I’ve been in to see Jenny, Gretchen and Cindy. You can’t go wrong with anyone on the team. They have all been excellent! They are attentive to what focus you have, and will work that particular muscle group. If you just need a head to toe tuneup, they fit that into your scheduled time. I’ve never felt uncomfortable, and typically just wear shorts for the appointments. They are professional, and use your allotted time well. I’ve recently started using the recovery side of the business, and have been equally impressed! I went in with an ankle issue, and they set me up with a session that reduced swelling, activated the muscles/tendons and had me walking out

5+ stars, came in to see my man Tahoe about a pinched nerve/pulled muscle & he fixed me up in no time. Whole staff is friendly, super clean environment, and very professional. Highly highly recommend visiting them for all your recovery needs.

I came to Cross Function after a serious fall that resulted in wrist surgery and a broken kneecap. The recovery options available helped the healing process and I was able to get out of my full leg brace 6’weeks ahead of schedule. My wrist.had really horrible swelling but cold compression and red light therapy helped get that down to begin recovering and regaining mobility. Cindy gives amazing massages, probably the best I’ve had but they don’t honor their online pricing I was charged $105 for a $60 appointment I booked online and now they are trying to up it to $150. That’s crazy for a 45 minute massage.

They offer elite recovery options that usually only pro athletes have access to and have made it affordable for the everyday person.
