I’ve been coming to Sport Clips for over three years now, and Vianca is the reason I keep coming back. She is consistently professional, friendly, and attentive to the details that make every haircut perfect. She remembers my preferences, makes great conversation, and always makes sure I leave looking sharp. The entire experience is easy and relaxing every time. Prices are getting rediculous ! $30 for a 15 minute men’s haircut …then a suggested 15, 20, or 25% tip ???? Spent $40 without any upgrades. HAIRCUTTERS are making more than most accountants per hour. Will cut my own.

Vianca is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly talented and always knows how to bring your vision to life. On top of that, she’s super friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you sit in her chair. I always leave feeling great about my hair and look forward to every appointment. Don’t waste your time!!! We went out of our way to use their online check in service to ENSURE we got in at a specific time (cause believe it or not PEOPLE HAVE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO) not to mention we where the FIRST on the queue and when we got in ON TIME this stylist Vionca had already checked in TWO other WALK INS leaving us to be third in the queue with a 50 minute wait?!?! Get your crap system together, and stop leaving one stylist by herself cause she clearly can’t handle it! And not to mention when we tried to inform this stylist that we had checked in online she VERY RUDELY cut us off to say “I dont know what to tell you, check in and ill get to you when i can, im by myself”— “I dont know what to tell you”?!?! how unprofessional could you be?! DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU

My son and I have made it a ritual to go here together for years because the staff and management take such good care of us. Rhonda once again did an excellent job understanding my needs and giving me a perfect cut. Christal and Rhonda are the best! My son and I keep going back and after at least ten years don’t plan any changes. Thanks ladies!
