I had fractures on by left leg a year ago and going through rehab. My left side and right side are having imbalance problems,and had right shoulder injury, too, because of the left ankle surgery. I went to Boulder Valley Massage Specialist, Mariah with a referral from my family two months ago. Other than PT, I needed Therapeutic massage to heal my whole body balance and enhance strength and flexibility. I am so grateful for 1-2 sessions per week and getting much better. Now I can enjoy hiking for 4-5 miles 2-3 times a week with almost no soreness and pain. She is very professional and sincere to treat people. I feel so lucky to take Therapeutic massage sessions with her.

Walked in congested and a horrible deep lung cough so tried the infrared sauna and salt therapy and walked out without a cough! Wow, amazing! Thank you Mariah and Ben for suggesting this method to faster healing!

Life changing!! I originally started seeing Ben for intra-oral massage for teeth grinding and craniosacral therapy for my Functional Neurological Disorder. Ben is extremely knowledgable and always has a plan of what should be worked on. I then started to see Mariah for the sound bowl/vibration therapy in addition to massage. This combination of the two have helped me go nearly flair-up free with FND! (And trust me, I've tried a lot of different things!!) They make sure you're comfortable and will listen to your needs and are open to feedback. Could not praise them enough!! Do yourself a favor and visit them!!

I've been seeing Mariah for massage for a couple of years and she is the best. But I've also been dealing with some lower back pain and started seeing Ben for microcurrent stim. That has slowly started making a real difference for that pain. Then I added in the infrared sauna and BOOM - game changer! After the first sauna I had NO PAIN! What a relief! Since then, I am continuing treatment to stay on top of flare ups as they occur. I highly recommend Ben and Mariah as they will work diligently to take care of you!

Ben is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I recently had three sessions of micro current therapy with Ben. I was experiencing swelling in my right ankle and knee. I immediately noticed the swelling did not increase during the day as it had before. A week later the swelling and stiffness is almost completely gone. I have also seen Ben for massage therapy and highly recommend him!
