Gabby is hands-down the reason I keep coming back to Sport Clips. Every visit feels less like a haircut and more like catching up with a friend who also happens to be incredibly talented with clippers. She consistently remembers how I like my hair cut (which honestly feels like a superpower), pays attention to the details, and somehow makes the whole experience relaxed and fun every single time. The haircut is always spot-on — clean, consistent, and exactly what I ask for — but it’s her personality and professionalism that really stand out. Gabby sets the bar for customer service. Went here pretty regularly for haircuts. Had some awesome service. Then came the bad. I came in with my son and got a haircut. The girl who cut my hair was under the influence of something and sick. She kept drifting off while cutting my hair and when i was In shampoo bowl a towel fell off my face into the bowl and she didn’t realize it because she was so out of it. In the time it took me to get through the experience the girl who cut my son’s hair cut three customers. Another experience was signing up for a “no wait” haircut and arriving at the scheduled time to watch the stylist tear her station apart multiple times obviously under the influence and put it back together while avoiding eye contact or customers waiting. Snorting and wiping her nose repeatedly.

Environment is very welcoming but I'd have to say the hair Stylist are the biggest reason why I would recommend to a friend. They listen and provide the kind of haircut requested. Sheri did an excellent job on my son Michaels fade. She really nailed it! He was very pleased with the outcome. Kudos to Sheri. Highly recommend Sport Clips. Angelo

Great experience for my son. Knew exactly what he wanted and gave him and outstanding cut and a wonderful experience. Looking forward to the next visit.

The way my son's hair line looks should be criminal. $36 dollars to do a terrible job of cutting hair. My 4yo daughter could have done better. This is ridiculous and I am not happy AT ALL. Next time I will stick to the privately owned barbershop.
