WorkSpace has been a game changer for my business!!! As a business owner it's crucial to have a professional dedicated space for creative work / customer service. Highly Recommend!

Don’t use the phone number or email address on the website or on Google. You will never hear back. Text the (301) number that is on their Facebook page and also on the billboard outside of WorkSpace to get more info on renting. Office suites themselves are very sterile and plain. Sounds carries in the building, but during the day it is usually quiet. Very convenient month to month payments or multiple months at a time payments. Common spaces are nice and look like the pictures on the website. Glad to have found this place for only needing it a few months.

As a business owner it is extremely important to me to have a clean and positive work space that allows our ideas to flow and be productive. This place more than exceeds our expectations for a workplace. We will look no further! The layout is great and the people who work there are easy to talk to and helpful. Pricing is also great, you get what you pay for and more.

I love this building! The owners were prompt with anything my company needed when settling into our suite and we’re happy with the result. An easy walk to a wide array of good lunch options and great coffee across the street!

Excellent solution for working remotely from my main office located in downtown Baltimore. I appreciate the flexibility to come and go when my schedule allows, taking advantage of the 24/7 access. Plenty of parking, convenient location, and the work spaces are beautiful and professional.
