I just absolutely had the worst hair cut in my life. If you ever see Dana in the lineup do not use her. She was super rough with her clippers and rushed them through my hair without a care in the world. While trimming up my neck and beard there was nothing gentle about how she was doing it and cut my neck in multiple spots. And to top it off after we were done she didn’t bother asking me and put some product in my hair that I didn’t even want. All I got was an “oh by the way I’m doing this”. Do not recommend this person. Anyone else on the staff will do better than this.

Usually don’t have the best experience or high expectations, but Tabatha went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and took my ideas/photos and her skills and created such an amazing cut/style for me. 11/10, highly recommend. Thanks for the confidence boost! :)

I got my hair cut today by Matt and when I told him I wanted more off the sides he said that he couldn’t and I’ve had my hair cut the same time every time at sports clips at this location and he started to argue and said told me how long he had been cutting hair and then told he wouldn’t finish my hair cut and made Leanna step in and finish and she did a wonderful job, thank you too her for being professional and doing the hair cut I asked for! 5 stars to Leanna but Matt needs to work on costumer service

WORST haircut I've ever seen. My son went to get his hair cut and a beard trim. Today (between noon-2:30 he didn't catch their name.) They left two HUGE bald spots in the back of his head. I understand mistakes happen but what upsets me the most is they didn't even tell him about it. I had to when he was showing me his cut, that was hours later. He was walking around like that all day. They could of at least told him. At a professional stance they should have spoke up. He did have a free haircut coupon. I hope the fact that it was free isn't the reason they didn't act professional. They could have least tried to fix it some how. When he first arrived there was no other customers, just employees hanging out. My son has never been in a business place to cut his hair. We have a family member whose a cosmetologist that has always done his hair since he was born and he’s almost 3. Theodora was so kind and patient with my son, in return my son sat through his first salon cut with no issues at all. I was very anxious how my child would do but with Theodora’s kindness along with a calm approach we were so happy with the outcome and a great hair cut. I couldn’t have asked for a better service thank you so much Theodora!
