I’m leaving 2 simply because I have mixed experiences. I try to schedule with Kim because she always does amazing. But if I don’t, it’s like playing Russian roulette. I’ve had 2 separate ladies when asked for a fade….nothing about it faded and every client that walks out with them seems to have the same experience according to their hair. One of them was for my engagement photos. I’ve had cuts that felt more like trims. I’ve had cuts that should’ve been almost skin but looked as if they left a guard on. It’s a place that cuts men’s hair. A fade should be a requirement before hiring. Find a good one, stick with them. Look at their wait times. Kim usually has a 2 hour wait and for good reason. One photo is a what a fade should look like, the other is what I got.

Terrible technique and poor service. The person who cut my husband’s hair—a white lady—had the worst haircutting skills we’ve ever experienced. He asked for a skin fade, but she clearly didn’t know how to blend it smoothly. There was no transition at all—just harsh, uneven lines between sections of hair. Looking straight on from the front, the two sides were completely uneven and mismatched. It looked awful. When my husband suggested fixing it by doing a closer shave on the sides using a different tool, she said it would cost an extra $10. Absolutely ridiculous! Service was just as bad. She couldn’t deliver what the customer asked for and didn’t even check in to ask if he was happy with the result—no chance to give feedback at all. The best place I have been for a haircut and beard trim. If you have not been and had this new lady from Colorado named Lisa. Do yourself a favor and just set up an appointment with her. Absolutely 100% the best cut I ever had. She is knowledgeable about her job. She is pleasant to talk to and she does an amazing job. She will forever be the person doing my hair. Everyone there does a great job but she is close to perfect.

Fantastic they were very nice to my son, and even did my eyebrows and ears. Would recomend them to anybody. Not really a hairdressers, and no where near as steep as the barbor shop. Next time im gonna spring for the MVP for the little man and me.

The last two times I went there, I signed in online and was removed from the line while I was on my way in, right when it was my turn. I live five minutes away. I explained this to the staff member and asked what I could do to prevent it from happening again. She told me I would just have to get back in line, then turned away and returned to her chair. No way i was going to wait another 30 minutes.
