B. Monroe Salon Warner Robins

Really nice salon but my experience was not what I imagined after seeing such great reviews. My appt was booked for 5:30 and I didn’t leave until 7:40. I’m really sad that I lost about 4-5 inches of growth I’d worked hard on and will ultimately need even more cut off to even it out. My hair is longer on one side and chunks that are longer than others. I hate leaving a bad review and would go back to try and have it fixed but don’t feel confident in doing so.

I went to see Jillian today because I wanted a hair refresh to make me feel more myself. I asked for a blowout and shine treatment. My hair felt so soft and looked gorgeous afterwards. Jillian was so kind and friendly. I had several hair concerns about my frizziness and my natural waves and she gave me advice to help me with that. Overall I would love to come and see her again and I would recommend you give her a try!

Every experience I've had here has been beautiful! Everyone I've encountered has been so helpful and kind, notably Alexia, who has always given me results above and beyond while being incredibly thourough and knowledgeable! She answers any questions I have, walks me through the process so that I understand how to maintain my results at home, and makes me feel so warm and welcome every time I come in! I've spent YEARS looking for a consistent hair salon that I clicked with, and this is the one. 10/10 recommend <3

Olivia is absolutely amazing! From the moment I sit in her chair, I know I’m in great hands. She really listens to what I want and somehow makes it even better than I imagined. My hair has never looked or felt healthier. She’s professional, talented, and such a sweet person. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend!

She did a great job on my daughters hair and made her feel so so so comfortable !!! Such a wonderful place !! My stylist also did a GREAT job on my hair and made me feel so comfortable. She didnt seem to take offensive to my social awkwardness and they made sure we were comfortable the entire visit. Thank you so much ladies for making sure we had a great experience !!!
