Absolutely terrible. Katie cut my son’s hair. My daughter (18) took him while I was working. I called to ask if I could bring him back and she was rude on the phone asking why I wanted to bring him back and she “did what she was asked” I asked her if she even looked at it. The entire time she was fixing it she was rude and acted like I was the problem.

It would be easy to say this was the worst experience I’ve had at any salon ever and most people would think that would be hyperbole… but that’s exactly what happened today. To start, the “stylist” who cut my hair today has no business in customer service. She didn’t speak at all. No personality, no chit chat, no asking questions about my hair or what I wanted and I purposely allowed my hair to grow out so that I could brush it exactly how I wanted it and have it trimmed/shaped up. Instead she moved my part and just whacked away at my head as if she was tending a garden. I felt like the bush in Edward Scissor Hands. When she was done cutting and wacking away, she hands me a comb and tells me to brush it however I want… ma’am I did that before I sat down! She must have sensed my frustrati

Ive gone to other places for cheaper with much better cuts. Asked for JUST a hight fade nothing fade. She pushed it up wayyy to high up my head with a sloppy fade and trimmed the top of my head with scissors i think to charge extra maybe

Today, I strolled into Sports Clips sporting a wild, unkempt beard that had spiraled out of control since my retirement from the Marine Corps a few years back. My wife had been voicing her concerns, claiming I resembled a homeless person. Thankfully, Ivana worked her magic and transformed my look. I left with a neatly trimmed beard and a mustache that no longer obscured my lips. It felt like shedding ten pounds of hair, and I certainly looked far less disheveled. Huge thanks to Ivana!
