Sport Clips Haircuts of Holladay

Standard haircut was $25. The haircut was pretty good and very fast. My hairdresser was mostly friendly and even gave me some haircut tips because I typically cut my own hair. 4 star because they were kinda pushy on the product sales pitch and completely forgot that I asked for the towel and hair wash (they just gave me the standard then rang me up). Also I absolutely hate how impossible it is to find prices. It's nowhere online or in person

The service received was unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning. The haircut was poorly executed, resulting in significant damage to my hair. I was forced to shave off my curls, which I had been cultivating, to achieve an even length and the desired height. The cut was excessively high, and the stylist only inquired about my satisfaction after the damage was done. It would have been prudent to match the previous haircut's height before proceeding higher and seeking confirmation. Given that I paid in cash, I doubt a refund would be honored, especially since the stylist is unavailable to corroborate the incident.

Went in for a cut while doing some errands in the city. Rachel did a great job and was nice to talk to the whole time. Left feeling great with a new cut and beard trim. Highly recommend for good service and a friendly face.

I had a really poor experience at Sport Clips. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive. The haircut was uneven and nothing like what I asked for. I tried to explain what I wanted, but it felt like they weren’t really listening. The overall quality and attention to detail were disappointing, especially for the price. I definitely expected a better experience and won’t be coming back.

I feel so bad writing this because the stylist was so so nice, but the haircut she did was horrible. After walking out I realized she didnt touch the back at all? Its not like I was getting some crazy haircut either, just short on the sides, keep some length on top, pretty standard. I guess because I didnt mention the back she took that to mean leave it completely untouched?? The sides were also way too long but that's my fault, I could have told her to keep cutting them but I was honestly just worried she'd do more harm than good.
