Marissa was very nice but damn she can’t cut hair for shit. I asked for a low taper fade with a textured fringe and very little off the top. Even showed her a picture of my last haircut. she not only gave me a high taper fade but also took it all off the top. She essentially shaved my head and at the end she asked how I liked it… 0 stars

I really enjoy using the Sports Clips app—check‑in is simple and intuitive, which makes the whole experience smoother. One improvement I’d suggest is extending the check‑in window. My check‑in timed out while I was driving about 20 minutes from home to the store, so a longer grace period would make it even more convenient. As for the service itself, I love the MVP experience. The hot towel is fantastic, and the face and head massage really set Sports Clips apart—it’s consistently relaxing and well done. Overall, great experience and great service. Thank you!
